Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched from Mountainville, New York, usually within two business days. Standard shipping is a flat rate, and it's free once your order passes the threshold shown in your cart. Wholesale freight is quoted separately by the office.

Damage in transit

Candles travel well, but if anything arrives broken, call us on 845-534-2821 or email office@nershava.com within seven days with a photo and we'll replace it.

Returns

Unopened boxes can be returned within thirty days in their original condition. Please call the office first so we can give you a return reference.
